1. Meet and Greet: We will personally welcome the guests to the property and hand over the key to them. After that, we take the guests on a tour of the property, where I show  all the facilities and make sure they feel comfortable and well informed..

2. Check out: On departure, we will collect the key at the agreed time and ensure that everything has gone well during the stay.

3. Washing after guests: After the guests have left, we take care of all the practical things. I make sure your property is tidy and clean so you can relax and enjoy your next visit.

4. Washing bed linen and towels: We take care of all the bed linen and towels, and make sure everything is clean and tidy for the next guest.
